...FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 9 AM CDT FRIDAY... * WHAT...Overnight and early Friday morning temperatures as cold as 29 to 36 degrees will likely result in areas of frost. * WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east central, and south central Nebraska. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Although slightly sub-freezing temperatures are possible mainly north and west of the Nebraska Tri Cities overnight, frost is expected to be the primary threat to tender vegetation, and not a true, killing freeze.
